The initial phase of the installation process involves meticulous construction preparation and foundation acceptance. The cold box base is then leveled, followed by the installation and welding of the foundation. The lower cold box assembly is carefully positioned and secured, followed by the lifting and fixing of the upper cold box assembly. The main heat exchangers are installed and fixed, along with sub-coolers, liquid air heat exchangers, and liquid oxygen heat exchangers. Internal piping connections are meticulously made, and valves are installed and sealed. Instrument installation and cable laying are carried out within the cold box. Overpass connections are established between the cold box, expanders, and pumps. Rigorous pipeline pressure testing is conducted to ensure system integrity, leaving the cold box bare and ready for subsequent operations.
